-아/어 주세요: Please do it for me
Verb + 아/어 주세요 = "please do … for me", a polite request for a favour. 아 after ㅏ/ㅗ, 어 after other vowels, 하다 → 해 주세요. For an older person you do something for, use -아/어 드리다.
How to make it

- -(으)세요: 여기에 앉으세요.
-(으)세요 tells someone to do something; -아/어 주세요 asks them to do it for you, so it sounds softer.
Common mistakes
문 좀 닫어 주세요.→ 문 좀 닫아 주세요.
닫 has ㅏ: 닫아.이름을 쓰어 주세요.→ 이름을 써 주세요.
ㅡ drops: 쓰다 → 써.
