- You can take the free tests without an account. Your answers and scores then stay on your own device.
- If you create an account or buy a plan, we keep only what we need to sign you in and give you the tests you paid for.
- We never see or store your card number, eSewa/Khalti PIN or password, or Binance login.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Ask us on Messenger to see or delete your data at any time.
Who we are
This website (“EPS-TOPIK Exam”, epstopikexam.com, “we”) is run by the team behind the Eps-Topik Facebook page. We are not affiliated with HRD Korea or the Employment Permit System. You can reach us on Messenger.
What we collect and why

Who processes your data for us
We use these services to run the website. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.
- Supabase: accounts, sign-in emails, our database and file storage.
- Cloudflare: hosting of the website.
- jsDelivr: delivers the font and a code library the website loads.
- eSewa and Khalti: payments in Nepali rupees. You pay on their pages; they tell us whether the payment succeeded.
- Binance Pay: only for prices in US dollars, never for payments in Nepal.
- Meta (Facebook Messenger): when you contact us or buy through Messenger.
- Google: only if you choose “Sign in with Google”.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Data on your device stays until you clear it (browser settings → clear site data) or uninstall the app.
- Your account, access and purchase history are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Deleting the account removes them.
- Mistake reports are kept to improve the tests. When an account is deleted, its reports stay without any link to you.
- Hosting providers keep their server logs for a limited time under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Use the free tests without an account. Nothing about you reaches us.
- Ask us for a copy of the data linked to your account, or ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on Messenger from the email or Facebook account you used. We reply within 30 days.
- Sign out at any time from your account page.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. Database rules let each person read only their own account and payments, and paid tests open only for people with access. Only our administrators can see payments and reports. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe.
Children
The tests are made for adults preparing to work in Korea. They are not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you on the website before it applies.
