-(으)세요: Please do / don't (-(으)세요, -지 마세요)
Verb stem + 세요 (after a vowel) or 으세요 (after a consonant) = a polite request or instruction: "please …". "Please don't": stem + 지 마세요.
How to make it

Common mistakes
앉세요→ 앉으세요
